Phonagen contains a set of tools to make word generators based around a JSON representation of word generators and phonologies to represent both phonemes their transcriptions.

The tools are written in Python3. A JavaScript library is provided to embed the generators on a website.

Install instructions

The README.md file explains the role of each Python script and describes the JSON structure. An example set of inputs files for some scripts are also provided. Those were used to generate the data.json used on this itch.io project page.
